Speaker will Discuss How Inclusion and Kindness Shaped Ben’s Life
The Event is Sponsored by The Greenwich Autism Alliance Foundation
Washington, N.J., March 26, 2025 – Autism self-advocate, speaker, author and educator, Ben Hartranft, also known as Benergy, will share a motivational presentation about how the effect autism has on an individual and their family at Warren Hills High School Auditorium, at 6 p.m., on April 10, 2025. Admission is free and registration is available at arcwarren.org/register. Ben’s parents and brother also participate in telling their story.
This program is hosted by event sponsor Greenwich Autism Alliance Foundation, The Arc of Warren County, Abilities of Northwest Jersey, Inc., and Warren Hills High School.
Ben was diagnosed with autism at age two. He only knew 20 words. He has gone beyond all expectations and is strengthened continually by his faith. His journey began when he started raising money for the Eagles Autism Challenge. After a few years of fundraising, he was invited to be a guest on The Ellen Show to promote awareness and raise funds for research. He now shares his story at schools, businesses and organizations. The Warren Hills community and beyond is fortunate to be able to experience this opportunity. His goal is to let the greater community know that one kind person can change the world. Go out and be the one!
“This event focuses how inclusion and kindness shaped my life,” says Ben Hartranft. “My goal is to give hope to those who seek to help others. Having autism is not a bad thing. It doesn’t characterize who we are. Everyone is unique and special.”
